Brief Answer:
it's going to have additive effects

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

although you're taking a low dose (0.5mg) and you've taken it 21 hours ago, please remember that clonazepam's half-life ranges between 20 and 30 hours, which means that this drug requires at least 20 hours to be halved inside your body. So it's like you took 0.25mg just before drinking. It's not a big dose but it's going to have additive effects with alcohol, so you'd better avoid it. There is no strict rule to determine safe or unsafe. Using alcohol with a benzodiazepine is not a good idea.

Kind Regards!
