Brief Answer:
Abstinence from drinking is the key

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I do not think Udiliv will help. It is effective in case of cholestasis but that is not the case here. In your case medicines will not help. The raised ALP indicates liver injury. The injury is occurring due to your continued alcohol intake, even if you are taking alcohol in reduced amount. The only thing that can help your liver normalize is to give up alcohol altogether.

The mild fattyness of your liver is a warning sign that it is on the path to failure. It is high time for you. The rest is upon you to decide. It would be no use after you reach the point of no return.
