Question : Is it okay to drink aloe vera juice if on nexium and sucrafate for mild stomach inflamation?

Hello,

there are no reported interactions between the drugs you've mentioned and aloe. Nexium and sucralfate have a documented efficacy on gastric irritation or ulcers. Aloe juice does not but there is no problem to take it along with the other drugs.
