Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.
I have gone through your reports and previous queries in detail and I will suggest that since only borderline increase in indirect bilirubin is their, with slight raise in ALT so you need not to worry much. It can be raised in many conditions but common are alcohol induced, Fatty deposition in liver or viral hepatitis. Your lipid profile isn't that bad either and you haven't mentioned any history of excessive drinking. I would suggest you that at this stage you need to have viral serologies for hepatitis B and C alongwith an ultrasound abdomen to look for any changes in liver anatomy. Drink more water, avoid too much drinking and junk foods. Decrease protien and lipids intake and start exercises and things will improve very soon. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. In future, you can approach me through my profile with directed query towards me. Regard.
