Question : hello
I had went to a dermatologist 2 months back. I want to find out whether he had injected dermal fillers in my face or not. how can the presence of dermal fillers in face can be detected through mri? I mean which tissue determines the presence of dermal fillers in face?

It can detect the presence of fillers and sometimes even the material of the fillers used.
Fillers are mainly injected in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue which the MRI can detect.

can you refer me the top mri centres of XXXXXXX or probably good radiologist. if not please tell me who can guide me in this? I googled about it but all the imaging centres have advertised about them.so I could not find a good one. I have heard about fortis research and management institute but I can't access XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX plz refer me some of the good mri centres outside XXXXXXX

I can't specify the names of the diagnostic centers but fortis and XXXXXXX hospitals even outside XXXXXXX like in XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX are good in their MRI machines.

There are many causes of hair loss and treatment depends on the cause.
The most common causes are thyroid disorders, anemia, fevers like typhoid, dengue, chikungunya, history of chronic diseases, certain medications, trauma, accidents and surgery.
I would recommend you to get your thyroid function tests, haemoglobin and serum ferrtin levels checked to rule out thyroid disorders and anemia.
Meanwhile you can use antihair fall serum like anaboom anti hair fall serum on the scalp twice daily and take hair supplements like tablet hairbless or tablet keraglo XXXXXXX once daily for 4-6 months.
