Brief Answer:

Detailed below.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have gone through your pap smear report. There is no abnormality noted. It is a normal menopausal smear. The endocervical cells are not observed possibly due to the mode of sampling.

An endocervical brush or the use of the broom-like device is useful in sampling the endocervical cells as well. You can ask for these when you go for testing.

As of now, since it is part of routine testing and you have no complaints, you can follow your doctor's advice and get tested every 1-2 years.

There is no need for any particular precaution in the current scenario. Just maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
