Question: I have had many skin tags on my body and recently one under arm felt bigger and inflammed and is having some fluid drainage.Is it something concerning?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
With the history you have provided, there are many such skin tags indicating these are skin papillomas, usually benign.
The one you have shown in photo is inflamed and thus enlarged and reddened with fluid drainage.
Such a tag needs the following management:
Apply liquid povidone iodine ;oca;;y.
Dress up with sterile gauze to avoid rubbing over it and cause further problems.
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, prescription based medications and excision of the one shown here.
Excision is a permanent solution and ask for histopathological examination.
Your Surgeon will also see the other tags.
