Question : My hcg level is 114 last week and week after 114.7 is not increase I am 6 weeks pregnant and I am worrying

Thanks for the query to hcm ,
As is evident that there has been no increase in the serum beta hcg levels even in a weeks time, which ideally should have doubled in juts next 48 hrs, this indicates that there is possibly a missed abortion and the foetus is not growing at all.
You ned to get a transvaginal ultrasound done sooner to ascertain the viability of the foetus.
This may be a failed pregnancy.
