Question : I have a PSA level averaging about 4.5. I am 64 and good health. I have been treated with antibiotics but the levels have not changed. I bathe daily, could this cause a rise in PSA levels, sounds like a dumb question, I know. Also, could Nexium side effects cause this/

No, it is not caused by bathing daily or as a side effect of Nexium. Mild elevations in PSA levels are due to various reasons like prostate infection/inflammation, urinary tract infections, enlarged prostate , elderly age etc and very rarely prostate cancer.
