Brief Answer:
Ca-125 levels advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your health concerns and anxiety about the issue.
Firstly the medicines consumed by your son-in-law has no effect on this problem.
She seems to have endometriosis and the cyst in her ovary is a chocolate cyst most likely.
Get CA-125 levels done for her and tell me the report.
Take placentrex as advised and best option for her now is to conceive as soon as possible.
Because this problem tends to increase over time and at times cause fertility problems moreover absence of periods in pregnancy causes natural regression of these cysts.
All the best
Regards
Dr Manisha
