Is Anal Tag Indicative Of Cancer?

Question: i submitted a photo on here a couple weeks ago and was told i had a sentinel pile. i dont think i ever had an anal fissure so is this possibkle?

I don’t see features of cancer on this picture. If it’s growing / becoming more prominent, worthwhile getting it checked by a surgeon.
