Question : Is a back ache an pre-cursor of heart attack? This is a constant pain across my whole lower bAck that began 3 days ago. There is no physical occurrence that should have caused the pain.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Backache is not precursor of heart disease. But it can be sign of ischaemic heart disease. You can visit cardiologist to exclude it as a sign of heart disease. You can also visit orthopedician and get MRI to exclude other causes of low back pain.
