Brief Answer:
Some more investigations are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would like to suggest that you should get your stool examined for Routine/Microscopic and for occult blood. Also get an Endoscopy done.
Black stool along with pain in upper abdomen indicates more towards Upper Gastrointestinal Tract bleeding and needs medical attention.
In addition to the medicines you are taking, I would advise that you should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40 mg once a day before meals.
Avoid spicy and oily foods and also avoid being empty stomach for long periods.
A clinical assessment with a Gastroenterologist will be helpful.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Thanks.
