Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
I would like to confirm that your blood pressure values are within the normal ranges, which means that your blood pressure is under control.
Could you please precise the type of food you want to take?
You should know that food containing caffeine and salt can increase your blood pressure.
So it is important to closely monitor your blood pressure after taking these types of foods or drinks, in order to determine the quantity that your body can tolerate ( that doesn't cause extreme changes in blood pressure).
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
