Question : I've been really tired, the last couple of months and my blood pressure dropped to 90/60. I've always had low blood pressure but this is the lowest it's been. My menstrual cycle started coming irregular for a year now and I never had a problem with it before and if it does come it only lasts for 2 or 3 days. Could it be my adrenal glands?

Your BP is normal if you are always having a low BP.One reading is not enough to comment on low BP.
However you can check for routine blood test including haemoglobin.
Feel free to ask your doubts with more details.
Are you still on anti depression tablet.?
You can also get your thyroid profile.
