I read your query and understood your concerns.
Your symptoms may be a manifestation of ischemic heart disease (coronary reclosure), because chest angina is relieved by nitroglycerine. Since you have used 3 tablets of nitro and the BP has dropped to 92/56 mmHg, you should stay laying down (avoid standing on your feet).
If the problems isn't relieved, or the things seems to get worse you should go immediately to ER to exclude life threatening situations.
If you are pain free you should schedule for a cardiologist appointment within a couple of days.
