Question : DO you think I need to go to the hospital? my blood pressure has be 140/93 for about three days. I am nornaly healthy.

The range for the upper figure (Systolic) is 90 to 140 mm Hg.
The range for the lower figure (Diastolic) is 60 to 90 mm Hg.
130 will be good for the upper figure / 80 for the lower figure…

Check it again. See your doctor. Start treatment.
