Question : My blood pressure is 180 over 115. It is normally 115 over 75. My HR is 57, pretty normal. I feel a little dizzy. Any advice?
Brief Answer:
Can you repeat the measure and report to me?
Detailed Answer:
HI,
The change from your regular blood pressure is huge and I feel the cuff or the measurement might not be working good enough. I will like to see it controlled and/or measured with another blood pressure device. If it remains this high, then we will need to adjust your antihypertensive medications.
For now, measure your blood pressure again and report the values to me. If they remain that high, we better get your medications adjusted.
