I read your question and I understand youe concern. Blood pressure of 80 / 64 is safe but low. You should get evaluated for the hypotension cause and aim for 90 plus systolic.
Most of the time dehydration and low nutrients in diet is the only cause of low blood pressure.

Drink plenty of fluids use more salt and wear compression stocking and hope for the best.

Talk to your doctor and get evaluated for the cause of low blood pressure though.
