Brief Answer:
Get Glucose tolerance test done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir, gone through your query and understood your concerns.

Sir, The random blood sugar value of 176 is theoretically on higher side. But Practically the time gap after eating food decides the sugar level. If the sugar level of 176 you have mentioned is after 2 hours of eating, then it is pre-diabetes. i.e, at risk

The best thing to be done is get Glucose tolerance test done. That would be perfect to decide whether you are at risk of Diabetes or not.

Coming to the risks, Family history, Sedentary life style, Over weight, etc., will have high impact.

The usual early symptoms are Frequent urination, frequent thirst, easy fatigue, weakness etc.,

SO, the first thing to be done is get Glucose tolerance test done and that shows whether you are at risk or not.

Thank you sir.
