Question: Hi doctor, yesterday i done blow job from a lady, on that time no blood was present and after blow job i washed my penis two times, my concern is blow job with out condom any risk of hiv im very depressed and so much tensed some sites are saying its no risk kindly clarify

As per your history you just had blow job not direct contact so no need to worry.

HIV spreads only through direct contact of body fluids that is semen,vaginal discharge,or blood ,so you can be at ease..

Still watch for symptoms like sudden loss of weight, decreased immunity, frequent fever , cough episodes..etc

If you experience such symptoms then kindly get tested and consult with your physician.
