Question : Can bones still grow age 23? If i start MTF HRT will estrogen still change my pelvic bone at all? or completely impossible that age (Estogen + anti-androgens)

I understand your concerns but it is very unlikely that any bony growth or remodelling will occur even with MTF HRT at the age of 23 years.
