Brief Answer:
No need to worry, No significant side effect detected till date

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

According to one research study it has been found that amount of mifepristone in milk is negligible if mother takes 200 mg tablet.
If 600 mg tablet is taken the amount reaching in the milk and thus to the baby is not very significant.
It is preferable to take 200 mg tablet by lactating mother but if 600 mg is taken no significant side effect is detected in baby till date.
The maximum level reaches in milk after 10-12 hours of tablet intake.
So I won't get overly worried but suggest you to consult your physician next time whenever you take mifegest kit.

Regards
