Brief Answer:
Can breastfeed safely

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX , I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Ampicillin and Cloxacillin is acceptable to use during breastfeeding. Limited information indicates that maternal doses of cloxacillin produce low levels in milk that are not expected to cause adverse effects in breastfed infants. Occasionally, disruption of the infant's gastrointestinal flora, resulting in diarrhea or thrush, has been reported with penicillins, but these effects have not been adequately evaluated in various studies done worldwide.
I will suggest her to continue breastfeeding from the unaffected breast, and continue the medication as advised.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr Deepti Verma.
