Brief Answer:
Both drugs can cause sore throat or dryness of oral cavity.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related doubts

I can understand your concern. Zoloft is Sertraline and is known to cause dryness of mouth. Similarly Anastrozole is also known to cause dryness of mouth. This might result in burning sensation in mouth and throat. If there is no redness over throat and no pain then no need to worry.

Any good chewing gum can be used, preferably sugarless. This will increase the salivary flow and will reduce the burning. Avoid using alcohol containing mouthwash. If dryness persists then talk to your doctor and ask for reduction of dose of Sertraline if needed.

Thanks. Take care
