Question : I have had three horse shoe tears in my retina..I now have a cataract..is it dangerous for me ..I am a minus 10 in my right eye thanks

My Dear,
retinal tear with cataract is always a difficult situation. Any complication can always lead
to retinal detachment. You have to take all precautions which you have to have with high myopia.The doctor has to decide about the time of surgery and take due precautions
