Question: I have been diagnosed with lumbar sacral arachnoiditis following back surgery on 1/6/15. My pain management Dr wants to do a caudal epidural steroid injection. Is this safe for someone with arachnoiditis (nerve root clumping and tethered nerves dorsally to dura)?
