Question : I am taking metoprolol Dr vaccinate 50 mg daily just remembered did take this am. It's 6: 30 pm . I usuAlly take 7 am

You would need to delay the next day dose to approximately 12 noon the next day.

By the following day, you can start taking at your normal time ( 7 am)
