Brief Answer:
Further evaluation necessary.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Well, it has only checked the fasting blood sugar and Total cholesterol (i.e. 200.9). In order to get properly evaluated, it is recommended to undergo a full body checkup (e.g. Comprehensive Master health check-up testing), then some clarity can be obtained regarding.

Along with this, some amount of overweight is also documented, so for that, you need to be physically active and follow a healthy lifestyle. You should start freehand exercises, jogging for 30-40min daily.

These include:
* Eat on time, not to skip breakfast
* Have mostly homemade foods
* Avoid fast food, junk, processed foods
* Drink plenty of water throughout the day
* A sound sleep of 6-8hrs per day
* Not to take any unnecessary stress
* Not to indulge in any form of smoking or alcohol

Not to spend too long in front of the TV/computers, take frequent breaks whenever possible.

All these will be helpful in improving lifestyle as well as maintaining a healthy life.

Take care.

Regards
