Question : Hi ive finished taking cipro 250 two days ago for sinus infect but it didnt solve. dr has given me clarythromycin 500 mg I also have antihist /b12 is this safe?

Im taking certrizine 10 mg tabs one per day . 2 x b12 one morning and one night time. And clenil 100 mg inhaler . I will start the clarythromycin this evening and i will continue with anelgesics
