You have problems with constipation and you were concerned that taking ensure would worsen your constipation. If anything ensure may help as the extra fluid volume can help with constipation. There is no reason why you can't take ensure. I would recommend that along with the ensure you drink plenty of fluids. You should probably add miralax also to help with the constipation.
