Thanks for posting your query.
Very unlikely for an STD to manifest so early. I think it is due to usual throat infection due to water or food contamination.
I would advise you to do salt water gargling 3-4 times a day, drink hot water, eat less oily food , avoid non veg food , avoid citrus fruits
I also need to know whether you had oral contact with prostitute's genitals or she has oral contact with your genitals.

Ok thanks for the information. Well there is a possibility of transmission of STD in that way but still your present symptoms is not due to STD.
If symptoms persists in spite of following my advise then you need to be started on Antibiotic course.In that case consult your doctor.

Thanks for the response.
From today morning I am feeling from throat pain, the exact location is life side of my inner throat. While doing gargling yesterday, the water was hotter than I expected and I am not sure the pain is because of that.
Please advice.

Be careful while gargling. Do it with warm water not hot water. Well you can wait for one day and observe if the throat pain resolves.
If it comes down then its due to hot water induced pain but if it persists for more than 24 hours then it means that Throat infection is increasing and you may have to be started on an Antibiotic. In that case it would better to consult your doctor.
