Brief Answer:
Not normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit very short and specific.
To recapitulate: Male/34 - have flu - wants to know whether whether it is normal to cough up blood after surgery.

May I please know a few details?
Which surgery has been done and when?
Since when are you suffering from flu?
Since when there is blood with coughing, amount, color?
Any throat problems that you have or any other problem related to the general or chest?

Even though there is flu, it is not at all normal to have blood after coughing.
I would advise you to see a Doctor for endoscopy of the laryngo-pharynx to see any local cause of bleeding, X-ray of the chest to see if any offending lesion in chest, tests of blood and so on.
Get a proper diagnosis and treatment.

They said my lungs are filled with some fluids and they have to do more test cause they don't know if it's blood or body fluids. I did do a CT Scan and a heart ultrasound. I'm getting transferred to a room in a bit and doing a couple more tests.
