Is Cow Milk Better Than Formula Milk For A 3 Month Old Infant?

Question: My baby is 3 months old(baby boy).So would it be preferable to feed him Cow milk rather than any formula milk?
As i need to get back to my work,i would like to know best alternative for mothers milk.
Please confirm which is the best?.

Hi

I understand your concerns but don't worry. You may use expressed breast milk for feeding while you go for work. Breast milk is the best nutrition for infants especially in first 6 months of life. If you are not able to continue exclusive breastfeeding then start him on Nan Pro 1, Lactogen 1 or Lactodex premium 1. All are good if given with proper dilution and hygiene. Cow milk is not recommended as it may lead to poor nutrition and cow milk allergy.
