Hello,

I would like to tell you that no these are not the symptoms of a heart attack.

If you have diabetes it could be because of that. Or else it could be because of electrolyte imbalance. Kindly get the following tests done

1. Complete blood count

2. Kidney function test

3. Serum electrolyte

4. Liver function test
