Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I do not think that the high creatinine level and the burning sensation over your penis are related. I would need you to provide me a few details:
* Your blood sugar levels. If raised, for how long? Have you been on medication, if so, for how long have you been on medication. If not measured recently I would insist you to get your blood HbA1c level measured and to upload the report.
* Recent blood pressure level. Whether it usually stays in normal range.
* How long your blood urea and creatinine levels have been deranged. High creatinine level indicates a chronic kidney disease. It can be a sequel of diabetes and high blood pressure. By the time the creatinine rises, the damage has already been done and it is just a matter of time before further worsening of kidney functions occur. Treatment is by dialysis. Other measures like keeping the blood sugar and blood pressure in control would limit further damage.
* Whether you are sexually active. Please get a urine routine microscopy and culture sensitivity done and upload the reports.

I will await your response. Based on your inputs I would guide you further.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Losartan would be useful.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

Thanks for the clarification but I do not see how Renogard could be of any benefit. I do not see any justification in taking it. Medicines will hardly provide any benefit in relation to reduction of the creatinine levels. However, use of losartan as a antihypertensive medicine would be advisable as it has renoprotective benefits. Please visit a nephrologist and remain under his follow up.

The role of lifestyle modification is invaluable.

Let me know if I could be of further assistance.
