Question : I am scheduled to have a laparoscopic hysterectomy with the davinci system. My father died at the age of 38 with an abdominal aortic aneurysm in 1963. I am healthy, 55 years old. What are the risks

Da Vinci system has usual risk as associated with any laparoscopic surgery. They are perforation of internal organs, bleeding, sepsis, infection etc...
Aortic aneurysm is unlikely to be present in you.
