Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query very carefully.

Hypotension (low blood pressure) is a side effect of the medications you are taking. Reducing the dose of Amlodipine 5-20mg to once a day may help you to increase the BP.

This is why I strongly recommend to reduce the dose of Amlodipine for 1-2 weeks. If the BP will persist to be low you should reduce the dose of Paxil and Venlaxafine.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
