Question : Hi Doctor

My Son is 6 years old and seems to have issue with the stomach. He does toilet 3-4 times in a day and spends time. I have witnessed his stool is not shaped as normal child's but like a paste & sometimes contain mucus.

Can you please suggest some medicine to overcome the situation.

Deworming

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Have you given Deworming tablet to your son. If not give him 10 ml of Bandy syrup once in the night. One dosage will be enough.

Give him Econorm sachets 1 sachets 2 times for 3 to 5 days .

Give him lot of fibrous food like apple, carrots, beans, fenugreek and green leafy vegetables.

If symptoms continue suggest you to consult pediatrician once.
