Question : Dr. Sheppe, my Dr. prescribed Duloxetine DR 30mg Capsules for the condition I had previously presented to you. It seems to have helped. The only thing is there are a few side effects. These include low sex drive & inability to ejaculate and in the afternoons I find myself gritting my teeth/clinching my jaw.

Of all the things you mention, only the delayed ejaculation is likely related to the medication. There are a couple of options. One is Viagra, which can help, another is Wellbutrin, a medicine that can reverse sexual side effects. A final option would be to switch to a different medication such as vilazodone.
