Brief Answer:
Please, get a pregnancy test!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I understand your decision not to desire any more kids. It is personal and I respect your stand.

I will recommend that we start by doing a pregnancy test. If it shows that you are pregnant, then we would recommend safe ways to terminate the pregnancy and prevent future unwanted pregnancies. A rapid home pregnancy test would do. However, trying traditional and non conventional methods to provoke bleeding can be dangerous and even fatal. Get back to me when you do the test and we would continue from there. Also, stop all measures to try and provoke vaginal bleeding.

There are several different possible causes of missed periods and pregnancy is just one of them. Let's be sure before we settle on that and do anything specific in that regard!

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Thank you so much for using our services!

Brief Answer:
Visit an OBGYN or safe parenthood clinic!

Detailed Answer:
Please, visit your OBGYN for a prescription that an terminate pregnancy. This would be the surest and safest way to approach this right now. With an early pregnancy age, drugs alone would be very efficient with minimal complications.

It is not an emergency. Get a regular appointment at your earliest convenience to see an OBGYN or an abortion clinic specialist. There is no need to get stressed as the exact reason for no menses is known and a solution would soon come your way.

Please, do no try any medications or procedures on your own as this would lead to greater risk and complications, and I repeat.

I hope this helps. I wish you well.
