                                    Brief Answer:
Could be pregnant.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. If you had unprotected intercourse then definitely your girlfriend is at risk of getting pregnant. Sometimes even STRESS of becoming pregnant can cause delay in periods.
Kindly wait for sometime, if the missed period is more than 7 days then its better to get a urine pregnancy test. This is just to be on safer side. Its better not to take any medicines unless you are sure of pregnancy. As advised before wait for 7 days and get a home pregnancy test done.

                                    Brief Answer:
Pills to be taken under medical guidance
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I apologize for the late response; I was away from my computer due to unavoidable reasons.
Coming back to your question, I strongly oppose taking these abortion pills without seeing a doctor. Sometimes there might be a ECTOPIC PREGNANCY which needs to be ruled out by doing clinical examination or after doing scan. If unfortunately there is ectopic, and if she takes those pills she might have torrential bleeding, sometimes even endanger ones life. Also there are other problems with medical abortion like INCOMPLETE ABORTION or INFECTION. So its always recommended to take these pills under medical guidance.
If you are from India MTP( medical termination of pregnancy) is legal. So kindly visit any OBGY specialist.

                                    Brief Answer:
Kindly get a urine pregnancy test.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thank you for the follow up question. Yes sometimes there could be heavy bleeding following amenorrhoea for 2 months. What I suggest you is get a urine pregnancy test done, if that is negative there is nothing to worry.
For heavy bleeding I usually give mefenamic acid + tranexamic acid combination drug for acute control of bleeding. Kindly speak with your doctor for a prescription. Next time kindly use some good contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancies.
