Question : I have stomach pain and discomfort with diarhhea burning sensation in stomach too. Had eaten fruits all day and spicy food for dinner. Is it appendicitis?

Diarrhea is not appendicitis characteristic symptom. So most likely its something else.
We can suspect appendicitis if there are symptoms including: dull middle abdominal pain which moves to the lower right abdomen after few hours; nausea; lower right pain while walking, accelerated heart rate (over 100), slight fever.

Your symptoms are rather due to some digestive tract irritation caused by the food. Please try to avoid solid foods for the next 12 hours, have probiotic. For the pain you may try Buscolisine or Metamizole.
