Question : Hi there, I switched from 15mg lexapro to 100mg zoloft 2 1/2 weeks ago. For the last 1 1/2 weeks i`ve been experiencing diarrhea, otherwise I feel fine. From what I`ve read it sounds like I should just stick it out and it should get better. Thoughts? Maybe Imodium to help?

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

Your thoughts on this are 100% correct. Zoloft can cause diarrhea for the first 2-3 weeks but this will then stop. Immodium in the meantime will treat this symptomatically very well. Don't worry -- in time this side effect will go away!
