Hi,
these are two different medications of different classes of anti hypertensive drugs. Another name for Diltiazem is TIAZAC, not CARZRAC. CARZAC IS SOMETHING ELSE. BUT DILTIAZEM IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS TIAZAC, if at all that s what you meant.
You might need to consult your physician for specific dosages.
