Brief Answer:
Better to be with a doctor....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The dose you have had isn't too high. However in some people this dose (2000mg of acetaminophen) might go hard on the liver. And if you have been very new to vicodin the extra opioids might cause drowsiness, confusion, hearing disturbance and breathing issues. Therefore it would be a good option to be with a doctor who will monitor you.

If you are feeling fine and you can ask any of your family/friends to keep a watch on you. Call you prescribing doctor and decide when you can take the next doses because I do not want you take vicodin for the next couple of days.

Hope this answers your query. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
