Question : hi! so this is sort of embarrasing but I missed an entire 6 days of my birth control. I couldn't get it filled for 4 days, and I haven't had any time to pick it up the past two days as i have been working 12 hour shifts. I will be able to pick it up tonight but what are my options? Can i double up until i catch up, or start the pack now ? My last period was about a week ago. last saturday it ended.

Hi
I read your query and I understand your concerns.
You can start your pack now. You dont need to double it. Start the pack fresh drom today. Double not required.
For this month use condom as an additional precaution to prevent pregnancy.
