Question : Hi Doctor, I observe white dandruff like powder inside my ears when I try to scrape it. I regularly wash my ears however I still find the white powder/flakes inside my ear. Is it some kind of a skin infection? I think this condition has been with me for more than a year now.
Please let me know if there is some way to tackle it. Thanks for your advice!

What you describe is the natural cerumen produced by the cells in the ear canal.

If you have no pain or itching, then do not worry much.
