Brief Answer:
Please get a repeat TSH and FT4

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Good day.
I guess you are mentioning about your TSH result. Yes, it is slightly on the higher side. There are various reasons for a slightly raised TSH. Are you on any antidepressants or any other medications?
Do you have an enlarged thyroid?
The next step would be to repeat the test when you are perfectly well. Ideally in the morning. Please do a TSH and FT4 ( free T4).
May be worthwhile getting an Anti TPO later if the TSH is persistently elevated.
Regards.
Binu
