Brief Answer:
Get your bp checked once

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Since it is of gradual onset and gradually subsiding, the likely possibility of sinus tachycardia associated with your excessive alcohol intake. This should subside with time.
Did you have your meals or skipped?
Firstly, you should get your bp checked, as hypotension may cause heart to beat faster and harder. Also, do you have any dizziness, sweating, this is to rule out hypoglycemia especially if you had skipped the meal.
Also, check your pulse and if it irregular with some pauses then it suggests alcohol induced atrial fibrillation and should get ecg done to confirm. So these are the likely possibilities in you and EKG will be confirmative.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
